Job Description:
As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance and process adherence. You will mentor team members, handle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues.

* Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities.
* Define and enforce operational processes.
* Maximize system uptime and manage BASIS activities.
* Collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation support.
This role involves SAP server installation/configuration, high availability setup, and performing root cause analysis. You should have experience in Unix/Windows administration and knowledge of SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE. Strong understanding of NetWeaver components is essential.
You will be required to demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
* SAP server installation/configuration: ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks.
* High Availability setup: Unix/Windows.
* SAP BASIS server administration and root cause analysis.
* Kickstart environment setup and maintenance.
* End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients.
* SAP version and EHP upgrades.
* Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS.
* Strong understanding of NetWeaver components.
* Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows admin.
