Seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to drive collaboration and efficiency across teams.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams in mastering Scrum practices, leading Scrum events, and fostering self-organization and positive teamwork. Your expertise will be instrumental in removing obstacles, boosting quality deliverables, and cultivating continuous improvement and best practices.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities, ensuring alignment with Scrum Masters and stakeholders for synergy. To excel in this role, you should have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in the IT industry. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools is also essential, as well as excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English.
