Job Responsibilities:
1. Edit audio and video for podcasts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and branded content.
2. Ensure audio clarity, correct sync issues, and enhance sound quality using various techniques.
3. Add intro/outro music, sound effects, and transitions for a polished final product.
4. Select impactful moments from episodes to create shorter clips for social media platforms.
5. Tailor clips for specific platform requirements and audience engagement.
6. Add motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and animations to enhance viewer experience.
7. Create and integrate title cards, branding elements, and background visuals in alignment with the podcast's visual identity.
8. Work closely with hosts, producers, and social media managers to align on styles, themes, key messages, and tone.
Requirements:
* Advanced to fluent English language skills.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably with podcast or interview-style content.
* Strong understanding of sound design, color correction, and high-level motion graphics/animations.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control in all aspects of editing.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience through a portfolio of video editing work.
