Design Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned design strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
Your expertise in user-centered design will guide the creation of intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products. You will collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product design processes, including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions
• Design scalable and performant interfaces for B2B software applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and customer needs
• Maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across the product suite
Requirements:
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security and technical tools
• Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle
• Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software
• Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
