Purpose:
Lead and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across the Market to deliver business value, including achieving aligned cross-functional plans, financial optimization, risk management, and balancing demand and supply. Ensure disciplined IBP operations through collaboration between supply chain, commercial, and finance teams—joint analysis, high-quality insights, alignment with strategy, and shared KPIs. Support the development of PMI Operations and Supply Chain processes, organization, and systems within PMI’s global strategy.
Lead cross-functional Route-to-Market change projects to enhance supply chain and sales efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Your day-to-day:
* Facilitate Market IBP with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Business Planning teams to review sales forecasts, market performance, and KPIs; prepare and approve gap closure plans.
* Consolidate inputs from all Market teams into a unified sales forecast, ensuring aligned roles and shared information for planning and action.
* Balance demand and supply by aligning commercial and supply chain plans for a 3-18 month horizon.
* Identify potential upsides and downsides, creating optimized responses and monetizing impacts with Finance, fostering a culture of business judgment and trade-offs.
* Run scenario simulations based on pricing strategies, campaigns, competitors, and other intelligence to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
* Manage new product initiatives and phase-outs considering market needs and strategies.
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub to manage inventory and product availability.
* Lead, motivate, and evaluate the team; recruit qualified candidates; set objectives; provide feedback; develop employees.
* Act as the key contact for supply and demand management, supporting Market Strategy and leading or contributing to global/local initiatives.
* Follow PMO processes to lead projects impacting cost and P&L through Route-to-Market changes.
* Conduct reviews with management and sponsors for alignment and support.
* Coordinate with functions like finance, sales, distribution, legal, HR for project delivery.
* Lead major projects and supervise junior project managers.
* Support sales changes affecting distribution.
* Influence other functions to adopt new optimization ideas and identify additional cost-to-serve opportunities.
Who we’re looking for:
* University Degree or postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields (advantageous).
* 5-10 years’ experience in FMCG or Electronics industries with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning, or Finance.
* 5+ years’ experience in leadership/people management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI), financial concepts, SAP, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting solutions (E2OPEN, ForecastPro), and financial planning systems is a plus.
