What will you be doing here?
Profissional responsável por atuar como elo estratégico entre as áreas de negócio e os times técnicos de dados. Essa pessoa será responsável por entender profundamente as necessidades do negócio e propor soluções baseadas em dados, alinhadas às diretrizes de governança e arquitetura da organização.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
* Ser o ponto de contato inicial para entendimento de novas demandas de dados trazidas pelas áreas de negócio ao Hub de Dados;
* Realizar a análise e qualificação das demandas junto às áreas de negócio, atuando em parceria com os BRMs (Business Relationship Managers) para garantir sinergia e clareza nas soluções propostas;
* Traduzir necessidades de negócio em solução de dados, envolvendo as disciplinas de dados adequadas (engenharia de dados, análise de dados, ciência de dados e governança de dados);
* Ser o elo entre o time técnico (analistas, engenheiros de dados, cientistas de dados) e as demais áreas da companhia, garantindo comunicação fluida e entendimento mútuo;
* Apoiar na estimativa de esforço (prazo e custo) das demandas, considerando impacto, complexidade e viabilidade técnica;
* Identificar e mapear os domínios e disciplinas de dados relacionados a cada iniciativa;
* Estar próximo das áreas de negócio para compreender seus desafios e oportunidades, propondo soluções orientadas a dados que tragam valor real;
* Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua na jornada de dados e fomentar uma cultura data-driven na organização.
Quais os Requisitos?
* Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Engenharias, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;
* Conhecimento em conceitos de Data Mesh e modelo de Operação Hub Spoke;
* Conhecimento em ferramentas de visualização e modelação de dados;
* Capacidade de levantamento de requisitos de negócio;
* Comunicação eficaz e habilidade em negociação;
* Storytelling e experiência em montar e conduzir apresentações.
Quais os diferencias?
* Espanhol avançado.
