Search for a dynamic professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and wants to make a difference in a growing organization.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in recruitment and selection, benefits management, and departmental routines.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the hiring process for new employees;
* Assisting with benefits management and control;
* Managing departmental records and ensuring their accuracy;
* Collaborating on endomarketing activities and event organization;
* Aiding in the recruitment and selection of candidates;
* Supporting processes related to employee disengagement and other demands of the HR sector.
Requirements and Skills:
* Degree in Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
* No prior experience is required, but knowledge of legislation and familiarity with HR software are desirable;
* Ability to work with various tools, including Excel and PowerPoint;
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
