Ensures the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed. Reviews the scope of the work and ensures that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes.Manage customer contracts from the sales handover, preparing the contract in the systems, conducting the kickoff meeting with the customer, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer's counterpart. Must keep records of executions, planned versus actual progress, cost control, and customer feedback, all in accordance with Accelleron's rules and procedures. Be able to negotiate with customers regarding deviations in the scope modifications of services and sales contracts, integrating various internal and external areas of the company, and technically reporting changes and impacts to customers.Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service execution, ensuring efficient resource management (service engineers, spare parts, tools).Single Point for Customer: Act as the single point of contact for customers during service job execution, handling scheduling, quotations, and invoicing. Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with customer. Manages customer requirements and customer enquiries. Ensures continuous communication.Coordination: Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site. Maintain a close interface with the involved areas—Operations, Technical, Services, and Sales—through objective communication and prioritization of the execution of agreements made with customers, acting as the point of contact for the customer during service execution. Plan together with clients the needs for the execution of services (infrastructure, logistics, among others) to ensure the proper implementation of maintenance contracts, optimizing resources, informing, and negotiating in case of any deviations.Service Order Process: Manages the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.Reporting & Documentation: Manages all required reporting and documentation. Ensures all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.Compliance: Ensure the implementation and updating of the area's internal procedures and controls, identifying and mitigating operational risks. Promote a culture of Health, Workplace Safety, Integrity, Ethics, and Operational Excellence.One Accelleron: Cooperates and coordinates activities with other Accelleron units and teams to harmonize service activities and to maximize service sales at every opportunity. Ensures the transfer of Service findings to the product / system local business units for improvement of their offerings.Your background2-3 years experience coordinating service teams, on mechanical or maintenance areas. Desirable experience on Marine, Offshore and Powerplant segments.Proven experience on leading and managing maintenance / binding contracts with customers, dealing with documentation, deliverables, reporting, negotiations.Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP / CRM systems.The ability to spend approximately 10 to 20 days travelling to domestic locations in Brazil.Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.Strong written and spoken communication skills.Proven good English Skills (written and spoken)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required.
