We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer (API Specialist) to join the team of one of our U.S.-based clients on a full-time basis. This professional will support the client’s growth efforts by customizing and integrating systems, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM.It’s a great opportunity for someone with strong development fundamentals, hands-on API experience, and the ability to communicate fluently in English.You’ll be responsible for enhancing CRM workflows, building integrations with third-party applications, and supporting internal tools that help drive business efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomize and upgrade Zoho CRM to meet evolving business needsDevelop and maintain API integrations between Zoho and other tools / systemsCollaborate with team members to scope, develop, and test new features and automationsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues or integration bugsDocument processes, technical configurations, and code changesProvide regular status updates and participate in team discussionsWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of hands-on coding experience (any language or stack)Proven experience working with APIs and system integrationsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with Zoho CRM.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and systemsSolid understanding of software development principles and basic project workflowsFluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are requiredSoft Skills & CommunicationExcellent communication skills : both written and verbalAvailability for timely status updates and team check-insOpenness to giving and receiving feedback constructivelyComfortable voicing concerns or limitations proactivelyThick-skinned : resilient and able to handle constructive criticism with a growth mindsetWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team that values transparency, initiative, and continuous improvement.
