Agile Team Facilitator
This hands-on role is ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with leadership to drive Agile principles.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles, fostering collaboration and open communication within the team.
* Support one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for guiding a second team in their Agile journey.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
* Identify and escalate impediments impacting team progress, working collaboratively to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
* Maintain a culture of continuous learning and growth, encouraging team members to experiment and innovate while delivering value to stakeholders.
