About the Role:
 * The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or Web3 industries.
 * This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex sales landscapes.
Responsibilities:
 1. Identify potential clients in fintech, exporters/importers, payment processors, and crypto companies.
 2. Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate new leads.
 3. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on our ideal customer profile; schedule and coordinate discovery calls and initial sales meetings.
 4. Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in our CRM system.
 5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation processes.
 6. Stay updated with industry trends in stablecoins, digital payments, and Web3 infrastructure.
Requirements:
 * Strong understanding of fintech, SaaS, and Web3 industries, including stablecoins, B2B cross-border payments, and tokenized financial infrastructure.
 * Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
 * Familiarity with Latin American fintech markets and key buyer personas.
Bonus Qualifications:
 * Experience working with marketing automation tools and lead scoring systems.
 * Passion for Web3 and programmable financial services.
