The professional will be responsible for administering, configuring, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, as well as performing advanced customizations and Apex development. They will also provide user support, ensure data quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
Responsibilities
* Administration and configuration of the platform: objects, fields, layouts, security, profiles, and permissions.
* Customization and automation: validation rules, workflows, approval processes, Process Builder, and Flows.
* Development: Apex (classes, triggers, controllers), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL queries, and creation of test classes.
* Integrations: use of REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, and asynchronous methods (Batch, Queueable, Future).
* Reports and dashboards: creation and maintenance of visualizations to support decision‐making.
* Support and troubleshooting: debugging, user assistance, and guidance.
* Tools: Data Loader, Ant Migration Tool, VS Code, and other Salesforce utilities.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
* Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, integrations, and automation tools.
* Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Field Service, and CPQ.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
* Proactive attitude with focus on best practices and high-quality code.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Lightning (LDS, App Builder, Components).
* Familiarity with Process Builder, Chatter, and Quick Actions.
* Desired certifications: Administrator, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer I.
