SAP iXp Intern - Business Down Backoffice
About the Role
This position is part of SAP's global internship program, designed for university students to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.
As an intern in the Business Down Backoffice team, you will be responsible for developing the staffing process on a weekly basis, controlling and managing resource allocation, collaborating with colleagues on MCC projects, and implementing suggestions and ideas.
Responsibilities
* Develop the staffing process on a weekly basis
* Control and manage the allocation of resources into Backoffice
* Collaborate with colleagues aiming to accomplish MCC projects
* Bring and implement suggestions and ideas
* Collaborate with overall team initiatives
In addition, you will be expected to have an innovative mindset, be eager to learn and develop new tasks, and stay curious. You will work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, enjoys working on creative teams, and is energized by lifelong learning. The ideal candidate should have:
* Undergraduate studies in IT/Computer science or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later)
* Programming skills in Java and JavaScript
* Advanced English skills
* Teamwork, pro-active, and focus on results
* Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
