Job Description
As a seasoned professional in data assurance, you will lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle. This encompasses technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
You will work collaboratively with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
The role involves coordinating and managing data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
Data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams is another key aspect of this position.
You will provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
Progress, risks, and issues related to data preparation and conversion will be tracked and reported to project leadership.
