The role ensures a unified governance model, aligned methodologies, and predictable delivery outcomes.This position owns end-to-end testing oversight, including strategy execution, resource management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and progress reporting. The Test Manager plans, controls, and continuously improves testing activities to ensure that software and integrated systems meet defined quality standards prior to release. This includes defining quality objectives, supporting test automation where appropriate, and ensuring teams clearly understand testing processes, controls, and governance expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, communicate, and enforce the overall test strategy across all stakeholders and delivery teams.Identify, secure, and coordinate testing resources aligned to scope and delivery milestones.Ensure test environments, data, and system integrations are available and fit for purpose.Review and manage defects, risks, and issues arising from all testing phases.Establish and maintain a centralized test scenario and test asset repository.Identify and reuse existing test materials to improve efficiency and consistency.Collaboratively agree and finalize test scope with all impacted areas.Define, prepare, and validate test data requirements in line with agreed scope.Develop detailed daily test execution plans, including contingency and lower-priority scenarios.Define and gain agreement on clear exit criteria to the testing cycles.Identify and manage the regression testing scope to protect existing functionality.Core Skills & CompetenciesAdvenced english is primordial, you'll work with an international team.Extensive hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance within enterprise environments.Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate testing teams across multiple workstreams.Strong background in test planning, scoping, estimation, and test analysis.Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing, and governing test strategies and test plans.Solid understanding of SDLC models and a wide range of testing methodologies.Practical knowledge of test automation tools, frameworks, and best practices.Desirable Skills & Experience Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Lightning Platforms, including modules, applications, and delivery approaches.Technical background with an understanding of system integrations and interface protocols.Experience planning and executing performance, load, and stress testing.Strong exposure to Agile delivery models and cross-functional team collaboration.Business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation and validation techniquesTDD (Test Driven Development) proven experience.Jira XRay, Selenium and Tricentis TTA proven experienceOnde você vai trabalhar?Regime 100% Home Office.Tempo de Projeto:Tempo indeterminado.
