**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the management of company assets, ensuring all systems and facilities are properly maintained.
- Support the implementation of asset management methodologies and processes.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team on maintenance schedules, building inspections, and equipment audits.
- Participate in the development of resource management plans to enhance efficiency in the facilities.
- Help with the documentation and reporting of facility issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Engage in cross-departmental projects, coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives within the facilities.
Your qualification
- Education: Graduation or Master's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of asset management and facilities operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in PowerBi (preferable but not mandatory).
