Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As the main point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with our existing and potential clients.
Your primary objective in this role will be assisting in revenue generating opportunities as well as providing outstanding support to ensure our partners' confidence in our platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and implement strategies to drive business growth. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with Spanish being an added asset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help all accounts navigate the platform, including introducing new features, addressing concerns, and providing unmatched value.
* Foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
* Communicate effectively with accounts through chats or video calls, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and follow-up is conducted until resolution.
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members across various departments to achieve account satisfaction.
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs.
* Ongoing self-education to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and platform features.
Requirements:
* Direct response marketing knowledge and strategy implementation experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think proactively and reactively.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on time management, planning, and prioritization.
* Above-average organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new information.
