Job Description:
* You will take hands-on architectural decisions, guiding external partners in development and application management, while directly contributing to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
* You will consult and guide on architectural and configuration decisions across multiple modules—including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR—ensuring ServiceNow meets the needs of a modern integrated IT landscape.
