About the Opportunity

As a Founding Product Designer, you will play a foundational role in shaping the product from concept to prototype, helping bring to life a tool that transforms how doctors communicate with each other and with patients.
You'll work closely with the client's founding team to build an interactive prototype that sets the direction for future development. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and the client's overall mission from day one.
Your Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate directly with the client's founders (clinicians) to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process — from research through prototyping
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams
Requirements and Qualifications

* Based in Brazil (CNPJ required) and advanced/fluent in English
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
* Strong ownership mentality

* Having engineering experience developing SaaS applications
* Having engineering/product leadership experience
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms
* Experience working with early-stage startups
* Familiarity with US-based health tech security standards
