Main Responsibilities:
* Title Research: Conduct thorough research of county records to determine surface and mineral ownership using online databases.
* Documentation: Analyze and document findings to create comprehensive reports for clients.
* Compliance: Ensure research and documentation meet deadlines for internal and client needs.
* Collaboration: Work independently and with teams to adapt to evolving business priorities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in title or mineral research or related property law.
* Familiarity with property rights and ownership research.
* Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with property law or similar.
