Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Photo Editor to join a fast-paced creative team.
You will be responsible for delivering polished, high-quality photo edits, including color correction, retouching, background replacement, compositing, and client-driven revisions, with a focus on maintaining fast turnaround times without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and retouch high volumes of images, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and compositing.
Manage revisions based on client feedback with quick turnaround times (typically within 24 hours).
Collaborate closely with project managers and creative leads to meet daily and weekly delivery goals.
Maintain organized file management and backup processes.
Ensure quality control standards are met across all deliverables.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of professional photo editing experience (ecommerce, real estate, or commercial portrait editing preferred).
Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Strong understanding of color grading, masking, layering, and compositing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with video frame editing or light graphic design.
Knowledge of AI-based editing tools (e.g., Luminar, ImagenAI).
