ServiceNow ITOM Developer
The role of ServiceNow ITOM Developer is crucial in driving the success of our IT operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
* Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
* Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. They will also facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns, influencing common modeling, design, and coding practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles.
