About The Job
We’re on the hunt for an energetic Senior Campaign Specialist to join Megaport’s Compute Division (Latitude.sh) and bring bold, brilliant ideas to life. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Compute, you’ll plan, build and launch campaigns that fuel demand, engage customers, and guide them through every stage of their journey.
What You’ll Be Doing

Build and launch multi‑channel campaigns that make people click, convert, and come back for more.
Dream up lifecycle marketing programs that nurture, onboard, and delight customers at every touchpoint.
Support demand generation initiatives to create campaigns that attract, convert, and retain high‑quality leads.
Analyze performance and spot opportunities to improve campaigns.
Collaborate with global teams (APAC, EMEA, Americas) to align campaigns and share best practices.
Provide local events and conferences support to the Megaport team in South America from time to time.
Experiment, iterate, and occasionally throw out the rulebook to try something new.
Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing for Compute and CMO.

O Que Você Irá Fazer

Ciclo de Campanhas: Criar e lançar campanhas multicanal focadas em conversão e nutrição de leads.
Geração de Demanda: Apoiar iniciativas para atrair e reter leads de alta qualidade.
Análise: Monitorar métricas, analisar performance e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.Colaboração Global: Alinhar estratégias com times globais (APAC, EMEA, Américas).
Suporte Local: Apoio eventual em eventos e conferências na América do Sul.
Suporte Operacional: Auxiliar o Head de Marketing e o CMO na gestão de prioridades e projetos.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of hands‑on marketing experience focusing on campaign management, below‑the‑line campaigning, and demand generation.
Experience with HTML/CSS for email and web—able to build an email campaign and associated landing page.
Hands‑on experience with Marketo, Customer.io, or other marketing automation platforms.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Enjoy finding ways to improve processes and results.
Data‑driven decision maker with a creative twist.
Comfortable working across globally distributed teams and time zones; clear asynchronous communication.

O Que Procuramos

Mais de 5 anos de experiência prática em marketing (Gestão de Campanhas/Demand Gen).
Domínio de HTML/CSS para e‑mail e web; experiência com Marketo ou Customer.io.
Tomada de decisão baseada em dados com viés criativo; facilidade para trabalhar em fusos horários distintos.

Bonus Points If

Experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
Audience targeting with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Network Engineering, or similar hi‑tech audiences.
Experience using Salesforce.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
