We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technical Services Analyst to join our team, providing technical support and services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development, as well as excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will establish strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
You will also participate in the evaluation process of client business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding clients on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish positive rapport with clients to develop long-term relationships.
* Evaluate client business requirements, effort estimation, and guide clients on utilizing standard solutions.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with documentation and maintenance of client system environments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
