Overview
We are seeking versatile and passionate QA professionals to join our team, focusing on ensuring the quality of our applications, with a special emphasis on a LLM chatbot for document retrieval. This role involves working across various software projects, including Machine Learning and Data Analytics/Data Warehouse applications. As QA professionals, you will be involved in all aspects of product development, from planning to deployment. We are looking for individuals who can identify risks, create mitigation plans, and contribute to our formal quality processes and best practices.
Responsibilities by Level
* QA Analyst: You will execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with developers to ensure bug resolution. You\'ll participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to maintaining our test environments.
* Senior QA Analyst: You will take a more strategic role, designing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies. You will assist in mentoring junior team members, report on testing status, and drive the implementation of test automation within existing frameworks.
* QA Lead: You will lead the QA team, overseeing all testing activities and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating team members, defining and evolving formal quality processes, and acting as a key liaison between the business and development teams.
Required Qualifications
* Advanced English (both written and oral)
* Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
* Experience with test strategy and IT QA (3+ years for Senior, 5+ years for Lead).
* Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) or as a software developer.
* Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Pytest).
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with large data volumes.
* Experience with SDLC in enterprise applications.
Preferred Experience & Skills
* Experience testing LLM chatbots, NLP, or Machine Learning (ML) applications.
* Experience with test automation frameworks.
* Familiarity with Azure services (Databricks, Data Factory, DevOps).
* Knowledge of concepts like RAG, MLOps, and LLMOps.
* Experience with API testing and Prompt Engineering.
