MSP Delivery Specialist Role
We are seeking a professional to manage contingent workforce requests and ensure seamless requisition management and compliance.
* Train and assist hiring managers and suppliers on workflow processes and system utilization.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and vendor relationship management.
* Conduct intake calls and manage requisition flow to meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with a customer-centric approach.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
* At least 3 years of experience in MSP operations, with a proven track record of success.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Beeline software applications.
* Bilingual competency across English and Portuguese language skills.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
