Marketing Manager for Doctor Recruitment
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and help us attract quality doctors to underserved communities. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will design and execute strategic marketing campaigns that highlight regional demand and resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
This role is not just about metrics and campaigns; it's about using marketing as a force for change. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to identify key messaging angles and craft compelling narratives that appeal to doctors who want to make a real difference in their communities.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a good level of English and experience working in marketing agencies or start-ups. They will be familiar with digital paid campaigns, content creation, and analytics platforms, and be able to measure and optimize campaigns based on data.
As a hands-on/technical manager, you will establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations. You will also lead efforts to build the visibility and trust of newly settled doctors and healthcare organizations through localized marketing.
Your responsibilities will include designing and executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment and client teams, running digital paid campaigns, managing content creation, establishing marketing processes and systems, measuring and optimizing campaigns, and managing one marketing trainee.
