Lead Generation Specialist

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving high-quality lead generation through the strategic execution of all digital marketing efforts.

This involves developing and managing full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, to achieve qualified lead generation goals and maximize ROI.

In addition to campaign management, this role requires expertise in marketing automation, creative asset production, website and SEO management, social media management, and analytics reporting.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze performance data, turn it into actionable strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

* Digital Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Marketing Automation Execution: Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows to nurture leads and track conversions.
* Creative Asset Production: Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, and presentation decks.
* Website & SEO Management: Create website content, support keyword research, and enhance SEO across the company website and partner platforms.
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content on social media, engage with audiences, and produce short-form video content.
* Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards to build weekly reports and inform campaign strategy.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work.
* Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
* Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders, as well as SEO tools, analytics, and tracking tools.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
* Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
* Strong visual and editorial design skills, with an eye for brand cohesion.
