Job Description
We are seeking a strategic business developer to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities across major social media platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business development, content partnerships, and M&A within the creator economy.
As a business developer, you will be responsible for identifying revenue-generating content channels, engaging with creators and channel owners, evaluating monetization opportunities, and structuring commercial partnerships that support our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with our business goals
* Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess the value and potential of their channels
* Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel owners
* Onboard new partners (creators or channel owners) into our operational processes
* Explore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate company growth
* Collaborate closely with platform managers, the data/strategy team, and executives to align business opportunities with strategic priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
* A strong understanding of the creator economy and social media content monetization
* A genuine interest in digital content and the evolution of social platforms
* Proven negotiation and deal-making abilities
* The ability to craft compelling commercial offers and proposals
* Strong autonomy, organization, and project management skills
* Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainment
