Responsibilities
Promote and drive initiatives focused on optimizing results and improving customer experience, directly contributing to product success.
Develop, monitor, and communicate product actions, indicators, and related product management topics.
Conduct market studies, trend and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities and continuous improvement.
Analyze product performance data and generate insights to support strategic decisions and improvement actions.
Propose end‑to‑end customer experience solutions.
Support OKR/KPI tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and new strategies.
Collaborate cross‑functionally ensuring developed solutions align with strategic goals and business needs.
Qualifications
Experience in digital product management.
Experience in the financial or payments market.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Miro, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, SAS.
Intermediate or advanced English or Spanish (additional).
Experience with data evaluation tools (additional).
