We are looking for a Full-stack Ruby on Rails Engineer for a remote project in Brazil.
What we’re looking for:
● The Tech: Strong experience delivering full-stack solutions using Ruby on Rails.
● The Domain: Experience with integrations across eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, or ERP systems, particularly operations and finance-focused.
● The Deliverables: Ability to complete scoped tasks independently, produce clean, tested code, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project milestones.
What you’ll do:
● Develop high-quality, performant Ruby on Rails code for specific project features.
● Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback as needed.
● Conduct testing and support deployments within a defined scope.
● Provide short-term post-deployment support (timeboxed) to address critical issues.
● Contribute technical expertise for project-specific solutions; long-term architectural ownership is not required. Preferred
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of professional web application development experience with Ruby on Rails.
● Strong Rails, database, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.
● Familiarity with eCommerce/ERP integrations is a plus.
● Comfortable working independently and delivering on project milestones.
