The ideal candidate will possess:

* Expert-level proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio of web and mobile UI/UX projects.
* Solid experience designing responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences inside Figma with a strong focus on UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Strong understanding of CRO principles – ability to design based on data, intent, and behavior.
* Ability to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

* Familiarity with WordPress and/or Webflow (basic structure, limitations, or how devs implement your designs).
* Experience in light copywriting or structuring narrative-based landing pages.
* Comfort working across multiple brands or industries simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences inside Figma with a strong focus on UX and CRO.
2. Translate briefs, calls, and project scopes into beautiful, intuitive wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups.
3. Iterate designs based on feedback from clients, marketing leads, and performance data.
4. Collaborate with developers or web builders (Webflow/WordPress) to ensure faithful implementation of your designs.
5. Balance aesthetics with function – your work should not only look good but convert well.
6. Work quickly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing design requests.
7. Maintain brand consistency while customizing for each client's audience, product, and funnel goals.
