We're hiring a Senior AI Security Engineer to own and advance the security posture of our AI platforms, products, and infrastructure. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
What makes this role exciting?
- Work on cutting-edge AI security challenges (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems)
- Defend against next-gen threats like prompt injection, jailbreaking, and data leakage
- Design and implement secure AI architectures and guardrails
- Lead AI threat modeling & red teaming initiatives
- Shape Responsible AI and compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Partner with global teams to enable secure AI innovation at scale
Key Skills We're Looking For
- Strong experience in cybersecurity / application security (7+ years)
- Hands-on expertise in AI/ML security (LLMs, RAG pipelines, model serving)
- Deep understanding of OWASP LLM Top 10 risks
- Strong programming skills (Python + Go / TypeScript / Java / Rust)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, IAM, Zero Trust, and Secure SDLC
