Marketing Coordinators play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination. This position works closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Main Objectives:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with established turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects should follow clear naming conventions for easy identification and organization.
Main skills required for this role include project management, process-oriented thinking, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work.
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success in this position include:
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
