We are looking for a full-time, remote Partnership Programs Specialist with a strong communication skills and background in sales to join our U.S. client. The right candidates will play a vital role in supporting and executing partnership initiatives that drive growth and value for our client. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role focuses on coordinating and implementing partnership programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.
The Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for providing accurate information about the company and its services. The specialist is required to keep accurate records of all time spent on calls, as well as customer-related questions or assistance. All phone calls are recorded.

Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and prospects via phone, email, and messaging to generate sales
* Leveraging various platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, Chili Piper, and more
* Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day as well as send nurture emails promoting our client's value
* Meet and exceed monthly goals
* Work with multiple internal teams to ensure that the customer experience is seamless
Required Experience
* Excellent English communication skills
* 1-3 years of call center sales or remote sales experience
* Highly motivated with a strong sense of ambition, self-discipline, and a commitment to both personal and professional development
* Confident, energetic, and skilled communicator
* Team player, who excels in cross-departmental collaboration
* Driven by a competitive spirit and a passion for success!
