Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding teams in mastering Scrum practices, leading Scrum events, and collaborating with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scrum Mastery: Guide teams in mastering Scrum practices for effective execution, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively towards achieving project goals.
* Event Leadership: Lead Scrum events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to enhance collaboration and transparency within the team.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities, ensure that the team has a clear understanding of the project objectives, and that the product backlog is up-to-date and relevant.
* Problem-Solving: Remove obstacles to boost quality deliverables, identify and resolve issues that may be hindering the team's progress, and implement solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the team.
* Continuous Improvement: Cultivate continuous improvement and best practices within the team, foster a culture of self-organization and positive teamwork, and ensure adherence to values and sustainable pace.
* Stakeholder Management: Align with Scrum Masters and stakeholders for synergy, communicate effectively with all parties involved, and ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with the project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Experience: More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* Industry Experience: More than four years of experience in the IT industry.
* Tool Proficiency: Master Jira and Confluence tools to drive efficiency, proficiency in using Agile project management methodologies, and ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Language Skills: Fluent Spanish level and advanced English level.
