Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our interpretation team. As an Associate on our Client Service team, you will play a key role in ensuring clients' needs are met with precision and efficiency.
About the Role
You will manage multiple projects per day, interacting with clients via email, phone, or WeChat about their needs. You will work with colleagues to ensure client expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met, and identify the best linguist in our community for each project.
Responsibilities
* Scoping: Speak with clients about their needs and work with colleagues to meet their expectations.
* Matchmaking: Identify the best linguist for each project and present their experience in a relevant way.
* Executing: Sync up expectations between clients and linguists, chaperone calls, and speak with clients after projects to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Fluency in English, with fluency in an additional language a bonus.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed and take on challenges.
Benefits
This is a fully-remote role where you can work from home (WFH). You will work either APAC, AMER or EMEA business hours, but wherever possible, it will be your local region. Weekends and overnights shifts are available with a commensurate increase in compensation.
