About the job
- Manages sell-in in line with global guidelines (assortment, etc.)
for Brazil.
- First point of contact for partners to solve operational and administrative issues.
- Uses all available data to make commercial decisions based on sound analysis and financial judgment.
- Liaises with district manager to support sell-out.
- Prepares, adapts and sells special occasion sell-in packages in line with global guidelines.
- Ensures excellent and consistent consumer experience across all touch points, based on central guidelines, securing the maximum impact to the consumer.
- Actively monitors customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement.
- Provides feedback as well as any other ideas to central on any improvement areas.
- Secures good communication flow with the Global S&CI team and key stakeholders across the organization.
About you
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience as Key Account Manager
- B2B experience
- Strong influencer and relationship skills
- Business proficiency in local language and Intermediate English skills
- Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned area of up to 50% of working time.
- Spanish is a plus
