* Provide courteous reception and ensure proper direction for clients, guests, and vendors; maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
* Provide support for facility management, including preparation and implementation of relevant documentation.
* Apply standard techniques to provide solutions to basic problems.
* Apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or standard practices to perform basic analyses.
* Identify problems, generate alternatives and recommendations within defined processes.
* Provide support for on-site seminars and events; check and prepare seminar rooms, organize catering; ensure EHS requirements are met.
* Support service assistants in maintaining offices; liaise with caretaker and property management as necessary.
* Facilitate general safety compliance according to risk assessment and legal standards – plan and carry out security meetings and medical checks; plan and carry out health & safety campaigns.
* Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the preparation and maintenance of operations and maintenance plans.
* Normally receive detailed instructions on routine work.
* Receive, organize, and distribute letters, documents, and packages.
* Must speak Portuguese and English
