Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and effective support for resolving technical incidents related to infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices.
2. Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
3. Offer desktop/user support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
4. Conduct regular security checks, system health checks, and patch updates to prevent downtime and interruptions.
5. Coordinate critical service requests with remote teams and vendors as needed.
