Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities and Objectives
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring smooth project and account management execution.
In this dual-function role, you will support two senior leaders within the organization by helping to source, build, and manage strategic relationships with partners aligned with the company's offerings. You will also assist with coordination, CRM management, follow-ups, and operational support across sales and growth initiatives.
1. Main Responsibilities (80%):
o Identify, research, and connect with potential partners who align with the company's offerings.
o Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
o Collaborate across internal teams to support partnership and business development initiatives.
o Draft proposals, client communications, and supporting documents for partnerships and account management.
o Track partnership and account performance metrics; prepare reports as needed.
o Support project coordination related to partner programs and onboarding.
2. Support for Senior Leaders (20%):
o Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps.
o Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities.
o Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentation.
o Provide general administrative and organizational support to ensure operational efficiency.
