Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Custom Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex business applications.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, functional and technical specifications, and then design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications that meet their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in developing complex applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
* Familiarity with new features in Power Platform.
* Strong database development skills, including working with basic queries, views, and stored procedures/functions.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise end-user instructions, process documentation, and software documentation.
* Experience implementing projects under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
