Job Overview

This role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.

As a strategic consultant, you will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will oversee the performance of a recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. They will also analyze operational data to identify trends and implement solutions to improve recruiting processes.

In addition, this role requires influencing and guiding a team towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee performance of recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high standard of client satisfaction.


Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and self-assured, professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
