Visit our website or our career page HEREJob DescriptionSamsung Electronics is seeking a Senior Manager to join its dynamic Latin America Public Relations team to support the strategy and execution for brand and product programs on behalf of Samsung Latin America. In addition to working with a top global brand, this position provides a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, supporting with product launches strategies, trade events and creative PR campaigns that drive awareness for Samsung products, services and programs among media and content creators through Latin America.This role will be responsible for Product and Corporate campaigns, crisis management, reports and internal communications coordination in Latin American channels. The Public Relations Senior Manager will report to LATAM PR Director and will collaborate frequently with the larger PR structure, PR agencies and Samsung marketing and product teams in LATAM and in Korea. Key Job ResponsabilitiesExecute the communications strategy in Latin America in collaboration with the broader regional, global and local communications team.Work with the Latin Americas PR team to develop the communications strategy and approach within the region.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams in Latin America.Manage PR agency teams to localize global communications content including press releases, briefing information, executive viewpoints, Q&As, and other relevant content.Own the PR agency relationships, set goals, and ensure results are achieved.Create local content to support the communications approach.Be a local support for wider communications activities including social media, analyst relations and, when relevant, corporate social responsibility activities.Successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges and manage issues/media inquiries related.Manage issues and crises, provide strategic counsel to cross-functional stakeholders, and serve as a core member of the leadership and crisis management team for Brazil.Write strategic plans, messaging and press releases.Planning event, internal and external, from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.Coordinate report production and governance.Manage Internal Communications channel, leading production team providing strategy and direction.RequirementsExperience developing/implementing and evaluating brand communications strategies.Corporate communications leadership experience.Excellent Written and spoken English and Portuguese language skills.
