About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the voice of our brand across various social media platforms. This includes growing an engaged U.S. audience through clear, professional, and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and maintain a dynamic content calendar.
* Develop or brief multimedia content ensuring consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
* Execute campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement; regularly analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with excellent copywriting skills, proficiency in English (written and spoken), and basic knowledge of multimedia creation/editing tools.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X) and be comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
Prior experience with paid social media advertising and A/B testing is a plus. Additionally, having a background or interest in privacy, tech, fintech, or related fields would be beneficial.
