In this role you will be working within a scrum team that runs the Wisely® card eco-system.
Wisely is consumer facing general payroll card that offers latest innovations in the payments business like Early Wage Access (EWA), and On Demand Pay (ODP).
Given the consumer facing nature of this card, future innovation will involve features to compete with neo banks and traditional credit card players.
You will bring the designs and ideas to life for new marketing and data analytics actions on the Wisely card realm.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be an expert in Oracle and MySQL Database administration and tuning, including activities such as:
Query optimization, data modelling assistance, integrations and data transfers among different sources
Setup and manage high availability solutions.
Troubleshoot, investigate and provide root cause analysis for related database issue.
Plan and support database backup/recovery and Disaster Recovery policy of databases in high availability environment.
