Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support for Körber WMS applications, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities. Customize and extend Körber applications based on business requirements. Develop and maintain scripts or custom code to enhance system functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and operations) to support system improvements and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Developer/Support Specialist working on Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Körber suite products and configurations. Experience in customization and extension of Körber applications. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages relevant to Körber environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of system maintenance, upgrades, and support processes. Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
