Role Definition
Design, implement and optimize AI-driven and automated solutions to improve Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) efficiency, accuracy, and scalability while leveraging reports, IT data lake capabilities and other and trending technologies.
What will you do
Identify IT Asset Management processes suitable for automation and improvement opportunities.
Design solutions and workflows for enablement of business analytics, reporting, and AI/ML capabilities.
Build and maintain data structures using various sources and the IT Data Lake, to support IT Asset Management and business process delivery.
Conduct updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks to make the IT Asset Management processes more efficient, cost-effective, and secure.
Leverage programming languages (Python and PowerShell) to analyze and provide business insights to improve asset management.
Design, create, modify, and maintain Microsoft PowerBI reporting, PowerApps, and Flows.
Skills
IT Asset Management & Automation: Experience identifying, designing, and optimizing automated ITAM/EAM processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform IT and asset data into actionable business insights.
Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Data Engineering: Hands‑on experience building and maintaining data structures from multiple sources.
Microsoft Power Platform: Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flows) for reporting and workflow automation.
AI & Emerging Technologies: Ability to leverage AI‑driven solutions and modern analytics capabilities to enhance asset management outcomes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to lead initiatives and work with IT and business stakeholders to solve asset‑related problems.
Professional Skills: Strong problem‑solving, communication (Pre‑Advanced English), and continuous learning mindset.
Basic requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Pre Advanced English
Minimum of 3 years of experience with strong expertise in data analytics, automation, and insights (including Python, Power BI, and PowerShell)
Knowledge and/or skills in relevant programming languages, computing hardware and software, infrastructure components, and current development processes and tools.
Top candidates will also have
Relevant industry landscape knowledge.
Ability to effectively address business needs with a focus on delivering value.
Proactive approach to self‑development and continuous learning, with a focus on improving communication, analytical, problem‑solving, business, and leadership skills.
Knowledge in the ServiceNow platform, Data Lake, Flexera and general asset management lifecycle, React, Java SpringBoot, Hibernate, Azure Cloud and AI agents is a plus.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
