 
        
        At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, the successful candidate will provide remote computer and IT system support for employees in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Analyze issues and formulate solutions that meet customer needs.
 * Troubleshoot complex system, application, and hardware issues in a timely manner.
 * Ensure customers receive regular updates on ticket progress through clear and concise communication.
 * Work closely with customers remotely to resolve problems efficiently.
 * Utilize internal IT Knowledge Base to both provide and find solutions to known issues.
 * Research and resolve issues using external information when necessary.
 * Consistently update the ticket tracking system with accurate status and fixes.
 * Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent program is preferred, or a proven track record of IT experience is required.
 * Desired Qualifications & Skills:
 o Experience delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment.
 o Experience working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
 o Additional Skills:
 + Experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry is a plus.
 + Experience in centrally managed computer environments.
 + Experience supporting A/V environments is a bonus.
