Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
